HISTORIC RICHNESS

FORMAL GARDENS & TWO ACRE LAKE

Staunton Park has a rich history, created originally by the County Surveyor for the Sheriff of Herefordshire, operated as a Deer Park. The formal gardens feature a 2 acre lake, orchard, well stocked woodland including Canadian RedWoods and Oak trees dating back over 500 years!

APPLE ORCHARDS

On the border with Wales, the surrounding rural landscape features hundreds of acres of Apple orchards, many of which are found in Bulmers cider. For those cider enthusiasts, we also stock the most amazing Pommage made with the apples surrounding Staunton Park.

PRIVATE OWNERSHIP

Today, in private ownership, the Park has been restored with a focus on natural habitation and food production. Why not check out our amazing natural bee products made right here at Staunton Park

Food shortages, changing climate and collapsing ecosystems

Bees are responsible for every third bite of food we consume, without them we would not be able to enjoy our favourite foods. According to the United Nations Environment Programme, of the 100 crop varieties that provide 90% of the world's food, 71 are pollinatedbybees.
